Nobody

If nobody knew my name then maybe I wouldn't be so afraid.
Maybe I could make a difference without fear of a shallow opinion or sneer.
Nobody is exactly who I want to know, because that way I don't have to put on a show.
I want to be an anonymous ghost, sharing what I want but without opinions from a lively host.
If nobody was who I became then maybe I could feel no shame.
But still, nobody is to blame, because it is me who partakes in this foolish game.
