It’s a rainy day, but I don’t mind
even though my soul is lost in my eyes
I don’t even feel like talking or thinking
I know if I do, it’ll just get worse
Don’t say I was in a bad mood
Because that’s not the truth
Just melancholy is all, about what?
I don’t know; sometimes I get
in these phases where all I can do
is berate myself about all my impurities
and I don’t know how to stop it.
After school ends and I hear the bell faintly
over the sound of memorized music humming
in my head, all I desire is to walk the way I came
feeling no purpose; who cares about the rain?
So what if I get wet? I really don’t mind
Because I know one day I will die
and there’s nothing worse than
not feeling water fall on your skin
from the infinite sky; at least it’s a feeling

I love rain; rainy days, I can't get enough of them. On my bucketlist, I have written "run through the rain even if the water's cold".

Isn't it ironic? We ignore the ones who adore us, adore the ones who ignore us, love the ones who hurt us, and hurt the ones that love us.

My thought's exactly!!!
