We used to be so joyful
But now we are so mournful
Generation to generation
We crumble and tumble
We aren't who we used to be
And we will never be

I thought of this poem after watching some home videos from my dad's childhood. I think there are many ways to interpret this poem based on your circumstances and how things have changes so much in this world.
