Pain Once Forgotten
Am I really that easy to forget?
You’re the relationship I’ll never regret.
The way your hair falls in your eyes,
Makes me wonder if you will ever realize,
I love you today,
And I’ll love you tomorrow,
Even though you fill my life with sorrow.
Just one more cut,
Let me bleed today.
Make this pain all go away.
I sit and watch the blood gush,
But then it starts to flow and rush.
The world around begins to spin, Looks like I let the pain win.
I watch myself bleed until,
The blood stops and I go still.
