Arching through the sky
He was bright as day
I could not delay
He was fighting to be seen as light
But there was no need to fight
There I owned the night
Going back and forth
Just to find my worth
He was as dark as earth
But he was about to rebirth
Falling and cracking
I thought I was loosing
But he wasn’t falling
He was shining
I was nothing in comparison
I was better
There he was arching
But he was not lighting
I was, I am I will be.
