Let me hold your wrists,
As you approach the night
Let me unclench your fists,
Though I can't promise I can make things right.

Let me drain away the sorrow
That runs through your veins
It can't be escaped,
You'll always have some chains

But I can hold you so tight,
That you won't feel pain
I will be a shelter
When you're crying in the rain

I will be your lifeline,
When you are on the edge
I won't judge,
I won't cry,
I'll just be.
