Monday

To think of monday
it's a bittersweet
start to my week.
Weekend is over
school is today
forgive me if i don't yell , "hip hip hurrah!"

I get to see my friends
also get new homework
Can't wait to get to the end of today

Maybe Monday's aren't all bad
maybe they just get a bad rap
Monday is the best day
when you think about it

Full of firsts

First day of a friend filled week
packed full of smiles and laughs
stolen glances with the cute guy in the hall
I think i like monday after all!
