Outside it was getting colder
And the fire I made for you
Was growing dimmer
And though I still believe
That it was right
To journey alone
That very dark night
I still regret
The events that led
To a News Story titled:
"Another heart left for dead"

As an avid read of poetry, I typically like to leave my writings up to interpretation. That being said, all I will say is I was inspired by the grey winds outside the school window.
