I used to believe love
Made me weak
And that aloneness was the answer
For now. Until one day
I found a strength of heart which didn't belong to me.
It came from some other-where, forcing the rhythm of this temporary organ
To chase the changing dynamic of my scattered thoughts.
And with this crescendo of emotion, I realised
This love, given to my very insignificance, was meant for you
To draw from within me, your sustenance.
Anchor yourself with me
In this God-given harbour.
