Nobody ever notices you
When you're dull and gray.
They pass you by
Because you're just another person.
Your eyes may be screaming out for help
And your sleeves may be covering scars.
But nobody cares
When you're dull and gray.
Sometimes a person glances over,
And at rare times they stare.
But no one ever tries to help.
No one ever dares.
Dares to be the better person
And help a lost soul
Out of this depression,
Out of the black hole.
Because nobody ever notices you
When you're dull and gray.
