Falling
Falling down to find nothing there
Falling down into thin air
There's no light just black
You can't feel worth jack
Is this a dream or is it real
The menacing black seems endless
Without a hint of light
You can't move a muscle
Or give a cry
A cry of help...of fear
Fear of being trapped in the dark
Of falling for eternity
Never again to see
Anything but black...nothing
As you hold onto your last breath
Death seems so close
But you will never give up hope
Hope of seeing the light
Hope of leaving the dark
And never falling again
