She laughs to hide the tears
She yells to hide the fear
She cries to show what’s inside
Giving you the satisfaction to see how vulnerable she can be
Showing you how real she is, and yet she still doesn’t gain your respect
Her honesty is cut throat and she doesn’t like to be played
Nor does she accept mental, physical, or emotional abuse of any kind
She will not be disregarded as a human being
You will not deny her of her rights
