Eternal

The end of one life
is the beginning
of another, eternal one.
She was gone,
aged only 56,
it said so on her gravestone.
I went to her funeral,
some people spoke,
they tried to make it humeral.
And after all it was a celebration
but I didn't know why.
I looked around
And then it hit. Oh my!
