Tell me a story where good things happen
Tell me a story about life
Tell me a story where there is no evil
Tell me a story about a land that doesn’t exist

Tell me a story about your past
Tell me a story about Grandpa
Tell me a story about you as a kid
Tell me, I’m trying to learn

Tell me a story about when your dog died
Tell me a story about death
Tell me a story about how life goes on
Tell me a story about sadness

Tell me a story about the soldiers who fight
Tell me a story of bravery
Tell me a story about guns and wounds
Tell me a story of war

Tell me a story about dreaming
Tell me a story about things you see
Tell me a story where the stars dance with the moon
Tell me a story about night

Tell me a story about what I’ll do when I’m older
Tell me your thoughts about me
Tell me a story where I’m ridiculously famous
Tell me a story about me

What was the inspriation for this?  It's good, though a bit repetive, but that's probably the point.  :D

The repetition is very nice, but does not stray into annoying-be careful with that, haha. But very well written, I liked it. Keep writing.

This was a great poem, I loved how you used the repetition of the phrase 'tell me a story' and the poem flowed very nicely.  Great job and keep writing!
