It was only a dream…
About how beautiful things can never be.
It was only a dream…
About a love that doesn’t crush me.
In this world I feel out of place,
But as I look into his eyes I feel oddly safe.
I know I shouldn’t trust I really do.
But you give me hope to keep on trying to get through. Because in this moment it isn’t fake.
I start to cry only as I start to wake.
