Teddy Bear
You once cradled me in your arms,
Never wanting to let me go.
My black button eyes twisted and mangled,
Yet u held me so.
My stuffing has started falling out,
I guess it is most unfortunate.
But all tired features brighten,
When you hug me so affectionate.
My imperfections remain,
Even the stain from the rain back in Maine,
But like a stain I remain,
Forgotten, lost, and in pain.
