In My Mind
I feel like I'm lost in an ocean.
Where life thrives, but i am the pebble that drifts along, aimlessly.
Thoughts branching out like the roots of an ancient oak, yet my body still stands above it all.
Dying slowly.
Peeling layer by layer.
Rotting through the flesh into the depths of my devil.
I am a breathing corpse, that wanders aimlessly, searching for the smile I receive.
Rush of Dopamine spreading my lips deep into the sides of my face.
Cheeks bulging.
Thoughts reset.
