Glamour lights a path along the
Marble floor that sparkles with promises
Giddy laughter and rosy cheeks rush by
Thin pinkies lift crystal balls of ambrosia
Carnation lips part to sip or inhale
Cigarette smoke that encircles the room and slithers around
Lace dresses that hide bony ankles and
Feathers placed atop blonde heads
Diamond smiles shine and blind those who steal a glance
Bodies twist together and move in a music-induced trance
Where is the door?
