some call it getting stronger
but i call it becoming blind
forgetting what once made you happy
blocking the I'mage from your mind

Crying is considered weakness
but becoming a stone isn't called fake?
well i guess I'm the weakest of the weak
because i feel my stone is about to break

i could use a little pity
my pride isn't to big to take a hug
forget telling me to pick up the pieces
and take into account how far I've been drug

my strength comes from my willingness to cry
my healing comes from what comes after
pent up emotion is gone at last
and tomorrow might not be a disaster
