Plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. -Veronica A. Shoffstall

Jumbled like a puzzle
Auspicious without a care,
The words are trying to escape
And reign reckless everywhere,
Fatalistic however fatal
Like Romeo and Juliet,
Never leaving a trace
But no one can forget,
Intertwined and tangled
Hopelessly naive ,
Never thought you’d shed a tear
Until one day they leave,
Forever changing, weathering away
A whisper in the wind,
Like gasoline and a lighter
My heart burns a fiery sin,
Smile like a sunset
Laugh so carefree,
Opposites attract
Just like you and me,
Silent as the moonlit night
As different as we are,
We go together like night and day
There’s no sky without a star
