So my dad can be with me
Sharing holidays and my birthdays
Knowledgeable that you are miles and miles away
Lectures of the past raid my mind of treating others with respect
It helps to keep me humble and bring a smile upon my face
Shared laughter and moments encircle my mind and soul
Like electrons orbiting a nucleus
Even though physically we are apart
I wish peace on Earth so i don't have to worry about my dad in the war
Also, for those who have loved ones enlisted in this military corps
I peace on Earth
So that everyone is treated equally
Because, when you look at it , just like a chain
We are all connected
