Light up two matches and flames grow on higher.

That's why you don't ever fight fire with fire.

Trust me, do that, and everyone burns.

Put faith in the water, now this I have learned.

Soft, sweet, and soothing, it calms with a touch.

But fire it rages; I've seen all that much.

Pour God's sweet nectar onto the flame.

You know, good words can heal more than they claim.

A torch with another; two lighters do not.

You never know what's around that will burn fast and hot.

Despite what they say, kindness doesn't kill.

Remember; a will finds a way, but a way makes a will.

I was actually inspired to write this as I was lighting a candle. It was just sort of on a whim. The basic idea I think is quite obvious but it can apply to many different situations.
