I lie shattered on the floor
Wondering if life
Is worth living anymore
All the lies, all the cheats
All this imperfect thing
That's lying in my sheets
I will head to rest now
Tomorrow doesn't matter
It's just another day
Filled with poisonous laughter
What is love when it can't be contained
All I ask, I beg for it
A true love to maintain
But this life is empty
It's not worth a sound
Drowned by lies
It wont hear it's own pound.
