Hope
I grind myself into the dust
Seeking ways to help
Others pretending to be whole
When the truth is so obvious
I shoulder my burden
Then take others
Helping the world
Without fuss and thanks
Hurt by their words
Helping them all
Taking their burdens
Upon my shoulders
With this I fall into despair
Then I look around me
Then I rise, as a small spark ignites
Giving me a candle of hope
