The land of the forbidden
the trees were gnarled
the ground is charred
there are no animals
in the land of the forbidden
the air is foul
the buildings are crushed
the sun never rises
in the land of the forbidden
the people are enslaved
there is no sound
there is no love
in the land of the forbidden

I think this is rather unique, but it is defintely far too short. An extended version, perhaps?
