Tall, majestic mountains.
Clear skies.
No war.
Unnatural death.

My world.

A world we should
strive for.
A simpler world,
where children played
Where war isn't sold as a
video game.

The sun i always
shining in
my world.
Only on the days
when the sky provides the
life-giving rain
is it gray.

The cemetery has
Drugs are
unheard of.
Alcohol is for
special occasions.
And tobacco is

My world is
My world is
My world is
pure fantasy.

A very somber ending to a great poem. Your poetry gets better every poem you write.

Love the stanza on drugs an alcohol. So very true. I wish the world were actually like this.

Wow this was really good. I like the line a world without war in video games. Awesome line. I really feel the need of helping this world change. Great message! Suggestion: I challenge you to come up with more examples in your world.
