I Hear a Bang
I hear a BANG
I shake in fear
I duck in cover
It another guy driving by
They do this everyday
There is not much we can do
There guns kill a lot of us
To bad we are all alone
We have no where else to be
This is know as the hood
They’ve killed thousands of us
This war will never end
It goes on and on
But there is nothing we can do
They take someone’s life
As quickly as a new one is born
While I lay here
Blood pouring out
I guess today is my last
Because that BANG
Came my way
The thing is
I did nothing wrong
Just another life take
I wish my family the best
Because my last breaths
Where taken.
