Rain rain, I only admire you from my window pane,
and you would suspect my dismay when the rain doesn't reflect my inner pain.
Why must the clouds cry so sweetly in the night, just like me.
But who will save the clouds from her terrors.
I will whisper to the clouds and explain, I know your fears
I lied, but it was a lie to keep safe from the darkness.
I've never felt the rain,
I won't let myself experience the pain,
That is why I must admire from my window pane.
