I Am Broken

It hurts so bad
it can't be real
but in my soul, down deep within
I am broken
There's nothing I can do
I gave it my all
but despite all my attempts
I am broken
So many friends around
and people everywhere
but I still feel alone because
I am broken
I just want it to end
so I can start over again
but nothing can fix this mess I'm in
I am broken
I have to let it go
try not to let the pain show
and hope that maybe, one day
I won't be broken
