Dream A Dream
I hear the screams and glasses braking,
I can see tears being held back in her eyes,
The anger raising up in him,
And I know it's just begun,
So I hold tight.
And close my eyes and dream a dream of happiness,
A dream were I don't have to say, Daddy please stop it,it's me you're little princes,
Were I wont have to beg mamma to wake up.
Mamma wake up,Daddy please stop it,it's me you're little princes you're hurting.
Words that make me hold back,
And close my eyes and dream a dream of happiness.
But as tears stroll down night after night the dream without words is fading,
So as I hear the screams and glass braking,
And I see the tears and anger in their eyes,
I'll hold on tight and dream a new dream.
