A fairytale`s dreamer

Lives in her head

Where life might not be perfect

But works out in the end



A fairytale`s dreamer

In reality, feels trapped

But in her head

Runs wild and free


A fairytale`s dreamer

Knows the truth

That love is real

And people are good


A fairytale`s dreamer

Is who I am

What about you?

Are you a fairytale`s dreamer?

I started this poem during math class.I was day-I started thinking about fairytales, and how their are poems about the fairytales but not about the fairytale`s dreamer (The dreamer of the fairytale). So I grabbed the notebook I use to write my poetry and I got this. I hope it brings as much joy to you as it did to me writing it.
