Different from a Bully
You call me names
And push me around
I'm just like others
Yet it's me you pound
You trip me daily
And no one cares
You whisper about me
You yank my hair
I'm hated every day
Because I'm me
Giving me pain
Gives you glee
You tell yourselves
It's okay for me to bleed
A little toughening up
Is what I need
As I walk down the hall
To myself I say
"I'm glad I'm different
from a bully today."
