A new spring arrives.
As trees begin to grow their leaves,
Birds return from their southern homes,
The planet's warmth rises,
Animals wake from a deep winter nap,
And love blooms just as the flowers do.
Fragrant flowers leave their scent
Upon the air for noses to enjoy the freshness.
Happiness spreads across the population
As people are anticipating the Sun's grand appearance.
The Sun, smiling down upon the planet,
Breathing life into the world,
Bringing with it the hop and peace winter took away.
The world comes to life with new beginnings,
Bigger hearts, brighter souls, and deeper love.

Spring is fresh, bright, full of new life. Spring is a beginning, a chance for new growth. And spring inspires me to write.
