I've left my heart
On the floor
It has been
Stomped on and tore
Ever-since the day you
Walked out that door
I expected someone
To give me more
But there my heart
Sits showing it's sore
You broke it down
Down to it's core
While leaving your ring
In the dresser drawer
leaving that same day
I became a bore
Wanting something back
Back from before
To find someone
Someone to adore
