To breathe.

Use your strength.

Suck up as much of the atmosphere around you
As your system can hold;

Tainting the reservoir collected
With your inwardly chemicals.

Then,
When it seems unbearable
To keep
The new creation
Building pressure inside of you,

Let it all out.
Changing the environment
From what was

Before
The air becomes
Too stale
For the muscles in you to
Contract.

If only it were,

That simple.
