Don't tell me you love me
Because I know it's a lie
I see the way you look at her
I hear the things you say
To tell me you love me would be a slap across the face
The pain searing
The tears blinding
And the respect no more
Just tell me you moved on
That way at least I'd know
I wouldn't hope for a second chance
It would be easier to cope
But for now my feelings remain the same
