Let Me Out
I'm trapped in a forced stereotype
Tall, toned, and white
Around me the walls are crashing down
They say that life is water, water is life
So then why do I feel like I'm about to drown?
The common misconception is that I'm dumb
Just good at sports
When deep down, I have more to give than I show
Especially when my GPA, is equal to 4.0
Like the real me is crying inside
Screaming, trying to shout
But everyone else outside just ignores him
Hear me out
