Burning embers
Rise from my smoldering pit
They flutter and fizzle
Through violent smoke
Nestle into my pupils
Shimmy deep into the folds
Lighting my frontal lobe
Jealousy rage yearning
Embers burn away problems
Curl in agony as fire attacks
Up
Off the stone death bed
Up
Into the chimney
Away
Forever
Gone
