Makes me Stronger

You laugh and whisper
Yet I can hear your word clearer
You’ve got so much to say
And you expect me to stay
Everything you say only makes me stronger

Everyday there’s something else
You didn’t even care how I felt
Cold, hard eyes give me a stare
And I try so hard not to care

Words, sharp as swords
Anger intensifies in me more
Vibes hit me like boulders
Makes me want to cry on a shoulder
But I remember, that after all this, it eventually makes me stronger.

This is a poem I wrote about 3 years ago. It was used as a release when I was the victim of bullying.
