I am a stride in the direction of a better world
I wonder nonstop about the upcoming
I hear consciously
The angst filled voices of misunderstanding
I see the light of a slight shimmer
Only noticeable from a certain angle
I want for the playing board to be evened
Letting true intentions rise
I am unmoved by the prospect of forgiving and forgetting

I feel the crease
It cannot be smoothed
I touch the imperfect crust of the Earth
I worry about the uncontrollable
I cry for the worthlessness of tears
I am the togetherness and pride of one song
Its melody carrying far

I understand logic but never math
I say to dignify each point as an ideal
I dream of what I ignore during the day
I try to never regret
I hope to be the answer

the cause
the solution

I am but a miniscule part of the world.
