School
School.
Seven endless hours of work.
sitting, waiting restlessly,
staring at the clock
until the bell finally rings.
The teachers talk,
but we hardly listen.
And by the time tests come,
we wish we had.
School takes up the beginnings of our lives.
It's a time when we're supposed to make mistakes.
Mess up the first time,
and learn to not do it that way again.
School.
Seven endless hours of work.
And our goal in the end...
To work even harder.
