Ode to school,
You help me become,
Who I want to be.
The teachers,
The books,
The well-planned curriculum.
Without you,
I would be nowhere,
I wouldn’t have the knowledge I now do,
I wouldn’t have discovered,
Math, writing, history, and literature.
You help me understand,
And further my knowledge,
On topics I am interested in,
Or things I would like to study further.
I need you for my life,
You help me prepare,
For the future,
And my career,
Ode to school.
