My Class
Class
I sat in class, gazing out the window,
I was tired and exhausted from all my work.
My threads were wrinkled and worn.
I was in a hurry as I was getting ready for school.
I found clothes underneath a pile that had once before been folded.
No one ever knew I was under such stress.
I would hide it all underneath a smile.
Even though it was a big mess. It was a battle to wake up every morning.
But hopefully one day all these all-nighters of completing homework will result in
Success.
