The rain falls
Like the tears from my eyes
As I sit amongst the pillows
On my bed
I just can’t believe
That she would do this
To me
Again
I’m done, that ship has sailed
I wish the moon
Wouldn’t retreat
That Artemis would
Keep it, hanging in the sky
So I don’t have to face her
When the sun rises
This is the last time
She will hurt me
‘Cause I’m moving from
The rock she kept me under
From the immaturity
She subjected me to
And the rain
That falls from the sky
Is just like
The tears from my eyes
