When sleep doesnt come easily

Tonight sleep doesn't come easily,
my eyes puffy and red
a roll of toilet paper next to my bed
i feel alone, like i have no one
i feel cold and empty, but at the same time full
full of hurt and sorrow, pain and suffering
my breathing unsteady, my body shaking
panicky sobs fill my throat and chest
and fat tears run down my face
is ther anyone out there?
i dont believe there is,
and its not true what they say
because tonight, sleep doesnt come easily.
