PUPPIES
soft cuddly
small big cute
smelly loving loud quiet
helpless abused lost found dead
PUPPIES


Puppies are lost nearly everyday.
Thousands become dead by being abused.
Sadly these cute creatures are found this way.
Their helpless cries are never loud enough.
Was there ever a loving for their race?
We sit to watch these small beings rot.
Even though some are smelly, we all want something cuddly.
As the soft, beating heart of a pup dies.
The world’s soul stays quiet.

The author's comments:
This is my very own piece of thinking. I came up with this activity with sn aunt of mine. We call it the Word Pyramid , where we have a word in big letters and then small ones that make up the pyramid itself. When you run out of words about your topic, you just put the title at the end. Then you make a sort of poem or short story, or whatever you want. It's really fun, you should try it.
