No one said this would be easy
and I'm so glad I have you to help me,
I don't want this but its been given
you can't return a gift like this,
And I guess the next step is
just getting through it,

No one can tell me why
this happened to me,
All the years going by
no one could see,
That I'm following in your footsteps
all so perfectly,

I'm more like you
then anyone every knew,
My whole life's about to change
I'm gonna have to rearrange,
Here we go my final moments
till I know the truth,
My heart beats fast
the world spins slow,
And it's confirmed what I already know...

Well, I was diagnosed with Diabetes, and my dad has it as well. This is about when I found out and what I thought when I found out..
