If I Knew

I can't tell you what a community is
I don't know, not really
I guess it's like the ones you see on TV
50's sitcoms where everyone knows there neighbor
And you bake a pie for the people next door
Maybe I’m idealistic
The way things are on TV are not how
they're like in real life
I understand this
I don't know my neighbors
not really
"Now I don't know much, but do know this"
community can't be faked.
It's true and genuine for those who care.
