The Sun
She smiles down at me
A sick, sadistic smile
I can see that glimmer in her eye
She beats down on me
Hurting me with her violent rays
She finds happiness in this
Slightly burning my skin
The sick, sadistic sun
But soon, gentle fluffy clouds shield her from me
They enter her path of destruction
And end our fight
Later, she disappears from my view
Settling in the west
Off to hurt others
That she finds below her
I mustn’t worry about her
As of now she only reflects a beautiful moonlight
Which is much more peaceful
Than the sick, sadistic sun
