Shine star, glint, glimmer, glitter
Let your light, all people blind
Make the earth clothed in silver
So bright, the specks of black, none shall find.

Transform the ugly greys
Into purest, pearly light
Touch tired souls with your rays
And rejuvenate the dying fight;
The will of people to survive,
To create, to give, and to receive
Nature’s gifts, and revive
Those who are broken on this lonely eve.
